This is so decadent and great on taco’s, bowls or just about anything. Of course, its dairy free
Ingredients
- ½ med to large avocado, pitted and meat scraped out
- ½ cup Hempseeds
- ¾ cup of water, start with a ¼ and work up to the consistency you like. You might even end up adding a cup
- Juice of one lime, if it’s not a juicy lime add more
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon or more salt. Not table salt. Himalayan or sea salt
- ¼ chopped jalapeno (optional)
Directions
- Blend in a blender all together until smooth. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator. Will last a week
