  1. Place in a blender and blend till smooth
  2. Taste to adjust seasonings
  3. Cook a 12oz package of your pasta of choice according to the package instructions, I always go a minute or two less, so my pasta is al dente. especially if I’m going to put it in the oven.
  4. Pour the cheeze sauce over the pasta and combine. I like to add steamed broccoli florets, so more veggies are getting into everyone’s diet. If desired, you can also put a bread crumb topping.   ½ cup breadcrumbs of choice mixed with a tablespoon of vegan butter. Then crumble on top.
  5. Put in a 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes
