1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
1/2 Cup Raw Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup or more of Raisins
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
1 Scoop of Vanilla Vegan Raw Protein Pwd
6 – 10 Drops of Vanilla Cream Stevia or 6-10 Drops Plain Stevia with 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/4 Cup of Melted Coconut Oil
Mix all these ingredients together Except the coconut oil with your hands,until completely combined.
Then add the coconut, mix until everything is incorporated.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Press mixture evenly in the pan. Refrigerate at least one hour, then take out of pan. Remove the parchment paper. Let sit for 1/2 hour then slice into 1 to 2 inch bars. Best eaten at room temp. But keep refrigerated when not partaking, so the coconut oil doesn’t melt.
