A Savory Green Juice
This is one of my favorite green drinks. It makes a large amount so that you can put half of it aside for a second helping later in the day.
Use organic produce. Juice together the following:
2 cucumbers (I peel mine)
1 head romaine lettuce
4 kale leaves
2 inches ginger root
1 handful of parsley
4 celery stalks
After you have juiced, squeeze the juice of one or two lemons and stir it all together. Drink and get energized!
