I wanted to tell you about one of my favorite essential oil blends, On Guard from the  doTERRA  collection and why I recommend this blend for everyone, for one thing it smells like Christmas and if anyone knows me I love Christmas! But lets get serious this product does so much for your health. This unique proprietary blend was formulated to support immune function. Wild orange essential oil combined with clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary offer a fragrant, natural and effective alternative to synthetic options for immune support. On Guard with it’s unique aroma, is one of doTERRA’s  most versatile blends. It is also safe to use on counter tops, as a nontoxic way to cleanse surfaces or to clear the atmosphere by diffusing. This blend is superb for eliminating and controlling pathogens due to the potency of it’s constituents. I always have a 2 oz glass spray bottle with filtered water and 10 drops of ON Guard with me at all times, it’s great for disinfecting your hands, surfaces and even spraying on a piece of fruit that you just must have before you can get somewhere to wash it first.

Flu Bomb

In a vegetable capsule put

2 drops  On Guard

2 drops  Oregano

2 drops  Melaleuca

4 drops  Lemon

Take capsule with a glass of water.

Immuno Corn (Popcorn)

1    Tablespoon of Coconut oil

6 Tablespoons of Organic Non GMO Popcorn

Sweet and Salty Chocolate Sauce

3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil

1/4 Cup coconut sugar

1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

6 Drops of On Guard

Step one: Put all ingredients in a high speed blender, except the On Guard, blend until coconut sugar has dissolved, a couple of minutes. Then had the 6 drops of On Guard and blend for a couple of seconds.

Step Two: heat oil in a large pan,add one kernel of corn. When the kernel pops add the rest of the popcorn.When the corn has finished popping remove from the pan and place in a large bowl.Then pour the sauce over popcorn and get in there with your hands, play with your food, mix the sauce  until it has covered the corn completely. This is even better the longer it sits.
