Ingredients
- 4 Cups shredded raw coconut
- 1/4 Cup raw organic agave
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup coconut butter, melted by setting jar into a bowl of hot water
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup macadamia nut, ground fine in a food processor
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well using a large spoon.
- Spoon onto a dehydrator sheets fitted with Teflex sheets.
- Mold into any shape you like, I do dome shapes.
- Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8-12 hours, or until the macaroons are hard on the outside but chewy in the middle.
