Ingredients

  • 4 Cups shredded raw coconut
  • 1/4 Cup raw organic agave
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup coconut butter, melted by setting jar into a bowl of hot water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Cup macadamia nut, ground fine in a food processor

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well using a large spoon.
  2. Spoon onto a dehydrator sheets fitted with Teflex sheets.
  3. Mold into any shape you like, I do dome shapes.
  4. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8-12 hours, or until the macaroons are hard on the outside but chewy in the middle.
